All appointments are slotted for 1 hour. This allows for the patient to have ample time to discuss their condition/s, for intake of history, and discussion of treatment plan.

After a diagnosis is made, moxibustion, cupping, and micro-amperage acupuncture (if applicable) will take place. Acupuncture needles will remain in place for 10 - 20 minutes depending upon the condition being treated.

There are many conditions that may require the use of electro-stimulation, or micro-amperage along with the use of either needles or pads, or both. Cupping may also be used if deemed necessary.

Moxibustion is the use of mugwort, or artemisia vulgaris, an herb used in the practice of Chinese Medicine. The moxa stick will be lit and held near various acupuncture points as needed.
